1. Payment Policy

• Advance Payment: All payments for courses, modules, or classes must be made in full and in advance. Enrolment in any course is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.

• Non-Refundable: Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the student's inability to attend classes, dissatisfaction with the course, or withdrawal from the academy.

• No Compensation for Absence: The academy does not compensate for missed classes. If a student is unable to attend a class, they forfeit the session, and no make-up classes will be provided.

2. Attendance and Conduct

• Class Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. The academy maintains strict attendance records.

• Ethical Conduct: Students must adhere to the highest standards of ethical behaviour at all times, both within and outside the academy. This includes respectful communication, honesty, and integrity in all academic and personal interactions.

• Behavioural Expectations: Disruptive, inappropriate, or unethical behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the academy without a refund.

3. Data Protection and Privacy

• Strict Data Protection: The academy is committed to safeguarding all personal and academic data of students. No personal data will be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the student, except as required by law.

• Prohibition of Screenshots and Recordings: Students are strictly prohibited from taking screenshots, recording, or otherwise capturing any part of the online classes. Violations of this policy will result in immediate disciplinary action, which may include expulsion from the academy.

4. Online Learning Environment

• Respect for All Students: The academy provides a safe and inclusive environment for all students, including girls. Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination will be met with severe consequences.

• Classroom Etiquette: Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanour during all online interactions. This includes being punctual, prepared, and fully engaged during classes.

5. Intellectual Property

• Course Materials: All course materials provided by the academy, including lectures, notes, assignments, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Olive Dreams Academy. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.

• Content Use: Students may use the provided materials only for personal study purposes. Sharing, publishing, or otherwise distributing these materials without explicit permission from the academy is a violation of this policy.

6. Legal Compliance

• Jurisdiction: This policy document and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of Delhi, India.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to the academy's services, policies, or student conduct will be resolved through legal processes within the jurisdiction of Delhi.

7. Amendments

• Policy Updates: Olive Dreams Academy reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this policy document at any time. Students will be notified of any changes, which will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
